We encourage you to share any mental health-related social media post, blog post, podcast, website, or any other source that you think others may benefit from, even if it belongs to you!
Something as small as sending a friend a link to a self-care or “how to help someone with depression” blog post, or simply sharing it on your social media channels, can make a difference. Not only will you be supporting the person who wrote it, but you are probably helping the person(s) who read it.
