The topic of mental health can be a difficult topic to bring up in every day conversation. While this is partly due to the society we live in, another reason it may not be brought up often is because some people consider it a sensitive topic. While that isn’t wrong in some cases, talking about it is still important.
Plus, talking about mental health will normalize it in every day conversation. Mental health is health. We need to be able to openly talk about it like we do with physical conditions.
