For those of you who are mental health bloggers and plan on participating in The Mental Health Awareness Project, you’re automatically a part of #MHBlogFam, or the Mental Health Blogger Family.
 

If you are interested in participating by writing an article or blog post(s), you may still be wondering what you can do and how you can get involved.
 

Ideally, we will be writing and sharing about each mental health topic as it aligns with our calendar. However, we don’t want to refrain from talking about certain topics just because it’s not in focus that day, week, or month (per our schedule).
 

Here are a few options for you

Option 1: You can write the post now (or any time before your preferred topic will be in our focus as per our calendar schedule), and set the post to go live via your blog during the day, week, or month that we will be discussing it.
 

Option 2: You can write the post now (or any time before your preferred topic will be in our focus as per our calendar schedule), post it when you’re done writing it, and we can share it during the day, week, or month that we will be discussing it.
 

Option 3: You can write the post during the day, week, or month that we will be discussing it.
 

If you don’t have a blog, you can submit your article or post via email to contact@themhap.com and we will post it on our website on your behalf.
